Creative Graphic Designer

We're Hiring: Creative Graphic Designer Location: Ortigas, Pasig City | Department: Digital Marketing & Sales | Reports to: Digital Marketing and Sales Head Are you a visual storyteller with a passion for design, digital content, and community building? We’re looking for a Creative Graphic Designer to bring our campaigns to life across digital platforms. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can transform financial and educational content into compelling visual experiences, and have a sharp eye for detail — we want to meet you. About the Role As our in-house Graphic Designer, you’ll work directly with the Digital Marketing and Sales Head to execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll be responsible for creating visually stunning assets for:

• Social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Paid advertisements and organic content
• Video content graphics and overlays
• Community and educational campaign materials

You’ll also assist with light video editing and content production to ensure seamless integration of graphics and media. What You’ll Do

• Design polished, professional graphics in alignment with brand guidelines and marketing strategy
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visuals that support educational and financial literacy themes
• Produce ad banners, infographics, motion graphics, and templates optimized for different platforms
• Support video editing using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or iMovie
• Participate in photo and video shoots; contribute to content creation with a strong visual eye
• Maintain high-quality creative output while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a digital or social media context
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and familiarity with Illustrator and InDesign
• Experience in video editing with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and iMovie
• A portfolio demonstrating a mix of clean, professional work and creative campaign executions
• Working knowledge of photography and videography (shooting and basic editing)
• A keen understanding of social media trends, especially in financial or educational content
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a fintech, educational, or community-focused organization
• Ability to animate or design light motion graphics
• Familiarity with Canva or Figma for fast prototyping and internal use
