Marketing Officer

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading education and publishing company. Our respective client is seeking for a Marketing Officer who will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, drive product awareness, and support business growth. This position is also responsible for developing integrated marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, supporting sales initiatives, and maximizing customer engagement in collaboration with the Business Unit and Corporate Marketing teams. This role will have a hybrid work arrangement in Quezon City and will be reporting to the relevant Business Unit and Corporate Marketing teams.

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans and campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground channels.
• Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistency of brand messaging across all marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify business opportunities and improve marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with creative, sales, and cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials and promotional programs.
• Plan and oversee marketing activations, events, and school-based campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Support sales teams by providing localized marketing programs, promotional materials, and sales enablement tools.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, ROI, and marketing metrics, and recommend improvements.
• Assist in pricing analysis and marketing strategies that support business growth and profitability.
• Build and maintain partnerships with external organizations for co-branding and marketing initiatives.
• Manage assigned marketing budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Recommend marketing technologies and process improvements to enhance campaign execution.
• Perform other marketing and business-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Development Communication, or any related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong background in marketing strategy, campaign management, branding, and digital marketing.
• Experience in market research, customer engagement, event management, and integrated marketing communications.
• Excellent communication, analytical, planning, and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
