Design and build the emails for up to 8 client accounts. You work from a copy brief written by the strategist and turn it into finished, on-brand email creative in Figma and Klaviyo — anywhere between 100-160 designs per month.
What you’ll do- Design campaign and flow emails from approved copy briefs
- Build and QA the designs you’ve implemented in the email platform (usually Klaviyo)
- Check every email on mobile, desktop and dark mode before it ships
- Keep a reusable module library for each account so builds get faster over time
- Flag problems in the brief instead of designing around them
What success looks like
- 95%+ of emails delivered on time
- All emails aligned with brand guide
- Prompt communication and timeliness with revision
What you need
- 3+ years designing email for ecommerce brands
- Strong Figma skills, comfortable inside someone else’s design system
- Klaviyo experience (Omnisend, Mailerlite, Braze etc are a plus)
- A portfolio showing multiple brands and high volume
- Clear written English — you’ll push back on briefs in writin
Nice to have: GIF/motion work, MMS creative
