Production Supervisor - Intwire - 3years Experience - Valenzuela

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering is required
• Work experience of 3 years in any manufacturing industry is desired
• Experience in manufacturing of nails (paco), screws, or industries that operate wire drawing machines is highly preferred
• Proven experience as hands-on supervisor
• Should be detail oriented, fast learner, and adaptive to a fast-paced work environment
• Possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Should be willing to be hands on

Responsibilities:

• Performs hands-on work in the extrusion of welding electrodes
• Supervise and lead the team in the machine line
• Conduct regular maintenance (e.g. greasing) of machines and equipment
• Ensure all subordinates adhere to safety policies
• Should be willing to work overtime and on Sunday/s as necessary
• Produce production reports for outputs of wire drawing and cutting machines

Site Assignment: C. Mercado (Krus) Street, Brgy. Tuktukan, Guiguinto, Bulacan Salary: Minimum + Php 2,000 Monthly Allowance (with plenty of opportunities for overtime work with pay) Employment Type: Permanent (after 5 months probationary period)
