- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of proven experience in HR management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt for excellent customer service skills.
