Project Engineer (Engr/Arch)

Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and control construction productivity, progress and quality
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
- Supervise admin manpower, material and equipment planning and allocation
- Supervise and coordinate all subcontractors works including off-site production
- Identify, document and seek approval for changes to project scope
- Attend weekly construction and safety meetings
- Prepare weekly progress reports and look ahead
- Join regular safety audits in conjunction with HSE team
- Assist LGU/PEZA permitting & approvals process
- Coordinate preparation and submission of as-built plans
- Assist to finalise O&M (operation & maintenance) manuals and conduct a facility orientation and training
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Engineering, PRC license
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role in office fit-out, refurbishments or construction
- Familiar with National Building Code, Fire Code, Design Codes & OSHA standards

- COSH Safety training
- Current PTR
- Project scheduling experience
