Laboratory Assistant

Key Responsibilities - Assist in the preparation of flavor, fragrance, and beauty product samples
- Weigh, mix, label, and store raw materials and laboratory samples accurately
- Support basic testing, sensory evaluations, and product trials
- Operate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment and tools
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness and organization in line with GMP and safety standards
- Assist with inventory monitoring and replenishment of lab supplies
- Record test results and observations accurately
- Follow laboratory safety, hygiene, and quality procedures
- Support R&D, perfumers, flavorists, and laboratory staff in daily tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food technology, Chemistry or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior laboratory experience is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment, procedures, and safety standards
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Willingness to work in a laboratory environment and handle raw materials
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
